OPERATIONAL PROFICIENCY PROGRAM

This course will enable you, in your new language, to: establish and maintain business relationships, within the perimeters of your business, social and general activities you will conduct yourself with effective impact.

In practical terms you will be able to: present ideas and projects with clarity, make prepared or rehearsed presentations deal with more complex questions and answers and follow meetings conducted in the foreign language

Generally you will be able to: converse with quickening reflexes, be at ease in social situations and be able to function effectively in practical every day tasks.

Course Length: Flexibly taken over 1-4 months (equivalent of approximately 15-20 days). The Operational Proficiency course leads to an Operational Level equivalent to the LCCI (NCVQ) Threshold Level.
